To keep services safe and fair, the following are not included:
• Hazardous materials
• Biohazard cleanup
• Mold remediation
• Animal waste cleanup
• Structural repairs
• Items over 75 lbs without assistance
These require specialized equipment or licensing.

Policies & Boundaries
At Praise Service Industries, LLC / Cinnamon Lake Concierge, we strive to provide reliable, professional service. To ensure fairness for both our customers and our team, we have established the following policies.
Minimum Charges:
A minimum charge of $75 applies to all one-time or on-demand services (bulk removal, yard cleanup, courier/errand runs, etc.).What’s Included vs. Not Included

Hauling items from basements or attics (unless pre-approved).
Removal of hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, tires, etc.).
Site grading, landscaping, or major property restoration after work is completed.After-Hours & Emergency Rates• After hours (after 7 PM) or weekend services: +20%
• Holiday services: +40%
• Fuel surcharge: Applied for locations outside Cinnamon Lake
Weekly trash pickup has its own set monthly rate and is not subject to the minimum charge.Cancellation PolicyCancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service: No charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: 50% of the quoted amount.
No-shows or same-day cancellations: Full quoted amount is due.General TermsAll services are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine the job is unsafe, outside our capabilities, or does not align with our policies. Cinnamon Lake Concierge reserves the right to refuse service if:
• A client is verbally abusive
• A client repeatedly pushes for unpaid labor
• A client attempts to renegotiate prices after service
• A situation is unsafe or unethical
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
We accept cash, check, or PayPal.
